Data deletion

How to delete the data AI Content Studio holds about you.

Delete it yourself, right now

  1. Connected accounts. Open the Mini App → Profile → YouTube / Instagram / TikTok → “Disconnect”. The connection, the encrypted token and the analytics obtained through it are deleted immediately.
  2. Revoke access on the platform: Google Account permissions; Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (help); TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. We detect the revocation and delete the connection and its data (YouTube — within 7 days at the latest).
  3. Audit reports with YouTube, Instagram and TikTok data are deleted automatically after 30 days; finished videos — after 30 days; remix source videos — after 24 hours.

Request full deletion

Fill in the form to delete your account and all related data (orders, reports, files, connections). We will contact you to confirm that the account is yours and complete the deletion within 30 days. Payment records that we must keep by law are retained only for that purpose. You can also write to [email protected] or use /support in the bot.

What to delete

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) data deletion

If you remove AI Content Studio in Instagram or Facebook settings, Meta sends us a data deletion request. We delete your Instagram connection and the insights obtained through it immediately and give Meta a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status: https://studio.building-sushop.ru/data-deletion/status/<code>.
