AI Content Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026. Applies to the AI Content Studio Telegram bot, Mini App and this website (https://studio.building-sushop.ru).

1. Who we are

AI Content Studio (“the Service”, “we”) helps creators and businesses analyze social media accounts and create short videos. The Service works inside Telegram. The Service is operated by Мусоев Махмадшариф Курбоншоевич (Таджикистан). Contact: [email protected].

2. What data we collect

We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. This website sets no cookies.

3. YouTube data (YouTube API Services)

The YouTube audit uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is also processed under the Google Privacy Policy.

3.1 Public data (no sign-in)

For the channels you enter (yours and competitors') we read public data through the YouTube Data API v3: channel title and ID, subscriber and video counts, recent public videos (title, description, publish date, duration, view/like/comment counts), and up to 50 top public comments on your three best videos (comment text only — we do not store comment authors). If you ask us to find competitors automatically, we use YouTube search.

3.2 Your channel's analytics (optional, “Deep audit”)

If you choose “Connect your YouTube”, you sign in with Google and grant read-only access:

ScopeWhat we readWhy
youtube.readonlyThe ID and title of your channelTo identify which channel the analytics belong to and show it in your report
yt-analytics.readonlyYouTube Analytics for your channel for the selected period: views, watch time, average view duration and percentage, subscribers gained/lost, top videos, traffic sources, audience age and gender, audience retentionTo build the “Deep audit” report for you

We never upload, edit or delete anything on your channel. The report with your analytics is visible only to you in the Mini App and cannot be opened via a public link.

4. Instagram data

4.1 Public data of professional accounts

For Instagram Business or Creator accounts you enter, we use the Instagram Graph API Business Discovery feature to read public data: username, name, follower and media counts, and recent posts, Reels and carousels (type, caption, publish time, like and comment counts). Personal accounts cannot be analyzed.

4.2 Your account's insights (optional, “Deep audit Instagram”)

If you connect your professional Instagram account via Instagram Login, we request:

instagram_business_manage_insightsInsights for the last 30 days: reach, views, profile views, follower count; for your recent media — reach, views, saves, shares, total interactions, average Reels watch timeTo build your private “Deep audit” report

We never publish, comment, send messages or change anything in your account.
