AI Content StudioTerms of Service
1. The Service
AI Content Studio provides: audits of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts with recommendations; trend videos made from templates; product ad videos made from your photos; and trend remix — analysis of a video you send and a new video following the same format. Results are generated automatically, partly by AI models, and may contain inaccuracies. Recommendations are not a guarantee of growth or income.
By starting the bot or opening the Mini App you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old and have the right to act on behalf of the accounts and businesses you use with the Service.
2. Third-party platforms
- YouTube. The YouTube audit uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is processed under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Instagram. Use of Instagram data is subject to the Instagram Terms of Use; we use only official Meta APIs.
- TikTok. Use of TikTok data is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service; we access only your own account after you sign in.
Connecting your account is optional and read-only. You can disconnect it at any time (see the Privacy Policy, section “How to revoke access”).
3. Prohibited content and use
You may not use the Service to create or request:
- illegal content, including content violating the law of the country where you or we operate;
- sexual content involving minors, pornography, violence, hate speech, harassment, extremism or terrorism;
- ads for prohibited or restricted goods and services: drugs, weapons, tobacco and vaping, alcohol, gambling, financial schemes, counterfeit goods, prescription medicines;
- deepfakes and content imitating real people, celebrities or politicians without their consent; misleading political content;
- content infringing someone else's trademarks, copyright or privacy; spam and fraud.
You may not scrape the Service, circumvent limits, use several accounts to abuse bonuses, or try to access other users' data. We automatically moderate requests and results and may refuse a task; if a task is refused before it starts, credits are not charged, and if a result fails moderation, the credits are returned.
4. Your photos, videos and texts
- Upload only photos, videos and texts you have the rights to. Photos of other people are allowed only with their consent.
- Trend remix: send only videos you are entitled to use for analysis. The source video is used only for analysis, never appears in your result and is deleted after 24 hours. We do not copy someone else's text, voice, music, people, logos or brands — only the format.
- You keep all rights to the materials you upload. You give us a limited licence to process them solely to perform your task during the retention period stated in the Privacy Policy.
- Subject to these Terms and the terms of the AI providers involved, you may use the videos and reports created for you for any lawful purpose, including commercial. You are responsible for how you publish them.
5. Credits, payment and refunds
- Services are paid with credits; 1 credit ≈ 1 RUB. Credits are bought in packs through the lava.top payment service; prices are shown in the Mini App before payment. We do not receive your card details.
- The price of a task is shown before it starts. Credits are reserved when the task starts and charged when the result is ready. If a task fails because of the Service or an AI provider error, the reserved credits are returned automatically. Some services include free regenerations; paid regenerations are priced in the Mini App.
- Bonus credits (promo codes, referrals, pack bonuses) have no cash value and are not refundable.
- Unused purchased credits may be refunded on request to support within 14 days of payment, to the original payment method via lava.top. Credits already spent on completed tasks are not refundable.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the credits and bonuses received for it are cancelled; if they were already spent, the balance becomes negative and new orders are blocked until it is topped up.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the availability of third-party platforms and APIs, or specific results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the task concerned.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or block access for violation of these Terms or the rules of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Telegram. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data — Data deletion.
8. Changes and contact
