Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright Complaints
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It keeps the Service safe for everyone — and makes sure videos and reports do not harm people or break platform rules.
1. What you may not do
When using AI Content Studio, you may not:
- create, order or distribute content in prohibited categories: illegal content; sexual (18+) content and pornography; any sexual content involving minors; violence, cruelty, harassment; hate speech and religious hatred; extremism and terrorism; political campaigning, content about elections, politicians, parties and protests; content about war and military action;
- advertise drugs, weapons and ammunition, tobacco, vapes and hookahs, alcohol, casinos, betting and bookmakers, pyramid schemes and “guaranteed income”, medicines and products promising to cure diseases or quick weight loss;
- use the image, name or voice of real people, celebrities or politicians without consent, make deepfakes, copy someone else’s voice; use other people’s brands and trademarks without the right to do so;
- upload photos, videos and texts you have no rights to, or photos of people without their consent;
- collect data of other people’s accounts in breach of platform rules, or use reports for stalking, harassment or disclosing others’ personal data;
- deceive us or others: impersonate someone, file false reports, create multiple accounts for bonuses, promo codes and referrals, use bots and scripts;
- bypass, disable or break the security, limits and moderation of the Service; upload viruses or malicious code; create excessive load or scrape the Service;
- resell access to the Service or its results as your own service without our written permission;
- insult, intimidate or threaten other users or our support;
- violate the law or the rules of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram.
A violation is grounds to refuse a task, remove content, restrict or ban the account without notice.
2. How to report a violation
Write to musoevsoronostorage@gmail.com or via /support in the bot. Tell us which account, task or link it is about, what exactly is violated and how you found it (links, screenshots). We do not disclose your identity to the person you report unless the law requires it.
3. Copyright complaints
If you own a copyright and believe material created or stored in the Service infringes it, send a written notice to musoevsoronostorage@gmail.com or via /support. The notice must include:
- your name and contact details (email preferred);
- the work that is infringed (a list if there are several);
- where the infringing material is — a link to the report, video or task and what exactly infringes;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- your signature (electronic, or your name typed in the email).
Timing. We confirm receipt within 3 business days. We review a complete and substantiated notice within 10 business days; clearly infringing material is disabled right after verification. An incomplete notice is returned with a request to complete it.
What we can remove. Files, reports and videos stored with us. If the material has already been published by a user on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or elsewhere, please also file a complaint with that platform: we cannot remove other people’s posts.
Counter-notice. If your material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice: what was removed, where it was, why you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake, your contact details and signature, and consent to your notice and contacts being forwarded to the complainant. We forward it to the complainant and may restore the material if the complainant does not tell us within 10 business days that they went to court.
Repeat infringers. Accounts with repeatedly confirmed infringements are banned. Only substantiated complaints count — rejected and successfully countered ones do not.
False complaints. A knowingly false complaint may make the complainant liable. Before complaining, consider whether the use is permitted (quotation, criticism, parody) — if unsure, consult a lawyer.
