This document is a public offer to buy AI Content Studio credits and the rules for payments and refunds. It supplements the Terms of Service; the terms used are the same.

1. Seller

2. What you buy

• The buyer purchases a credit package — internal units of the Service used to pay for services (audits, videos, remix and others). Credits are not money or e-money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other users.
• Package contents, prices in rubles and bonus credits are shown in the Mini App (“Top up”) before payment. The price of each service in credits is shown before you start it.
• Acceptance of this offer is the payment for a package. From that moment the contract is concluded on the terms of this offer and the Terms of Service.

3. Payment

• Payment is processed by the payment service lava.top using the methods it offers on the payment page. Card details go only to lava.top; the Seller never receives or stores them.
• You provide an email for the receipt; the receipt is sent by the payment service.
• Credits are added to your balance automatically after lava.top confirms the payment (usually within a few minutes). If credits did not arrive, contact support with the payment number.

4. When the service is provided

• Our obligation for a package is to add the credits to your balance. It is fulfilled when the credits are added.
• Each service is ordered separately: when you start a task its price is reserved and charged when the result is ready and delivered to you in Telegram or the Mini App. If a task fails due to the Service or a provider, the reservation is returned automatically.
• Purchased credits do not expire while the Service operates.

5. Refunds

We want you to be happy. If something went wrong — write to us and we will look into each case.

• 14 days. Unused purchased credits can be refunded on request to support within 14 days of the payment date. Money is returned to the same payment method via lava.top; bonus credits granted for that payment are deducted.
• Credits spent on completed tasks are not refundable.
• Bonus credits (welcome bonus, promo codes, referrals, package bonuses) have no cash value and are not refundable.
• If a task fails due to the Service or a provider, the credits return to your balance automatically, no request needed.
• If you dispute a payment with your bank (chargeback) or the payment is reversed, the credits and bonuses granted for it are deducted; if they were already spent, the balance becomes negative and new orders are blocked until you top up.
• How long a refund takes to reach your card depends on the bank and the payment service.

6. Other

Liability, governing law and disputes — under the Terms of Service (sections 9 and 12). The Seller may change this offer; changes do not affect packages already paid for, unless required by law.
